The Story of How Danveer & Karan Become One and the Same Person

Who Was Danveer Karan? When we talk about Mahabharata, we fondly remember Lord Krishna, Arjuna, and Yudhishthira. And then there are the Kauravas, the bad guys. The character we talk about the least is Karna - the ill-fated guy, the low-born king, and the man who was accidentally cursed several times. We cant describe Karna as good or bad. But the role of Karna in the Mahabharata is important all the same because he was the Greatest donor of all time.

Why is Karna Called a Danveer

Karna never returned a Yaachak (someone asking for help or alms) empty-handed from his door.

His biggest sacrifice was when he gave away his kavach and kundal (armor and earrings) to Indra disguised as a brahmin even though he realized that it would render him weak in the Mahabharata war.

He is the greatest Danveer ever born in the history of the Dwarpur Yuga. Whenever it will be asked like who is biggest Danveer Karna's Name will come first. No one comes close to “GREATEST DANVEER KARNA" when it comes to donations.

Karna was certainly Biggest Danveer. Apart from assuring his mother that he would spare the lives of all four Pandavas except Arjuna, who was his arch-rival, he donated his kavach (armor) and Kundal ( earrings) integral with his body to Indra who came begging them despite the fact that he ( Karna) was being deprived of his divine power and that was only sacrificing his life while donning!

Not only did he donate whatever was asked for, but he also went beyond the common man's way of thinking to show his generosity.

This can be explained by a story when Yudhistira asked Krishna as to why is Karna called Danveer while I am the one that should be called so and also because I am the Dharmaputra.

The Story of Karan Danveer and Yudhistira - Dry Wood

On a normal rainy day, Krishna disguised himself as a Brahmin and went to ask Yudhishthira for dry wood. It is the rainy season there was no chance of getting dry wood so the Brahmin was turned down by Yudhishtira for the reason that he wishes to help but the prevailing conditions are not in favor to do so. To show him how Karna would handle the situation, both went to Karna in the guise of Brahmins and demanded the same thing. dry wood. Karna also could have given an excuse for rain but not...... He went inside the palace and cut the frames made of very good quality wood and handed the brahmins the pile of wood

He was a man of his word and this incident is not new to us and this incident shows how much he practiced his oath without any circumstance.

He never held regrets for giving away whatever was his. Karna's act of donations was always selfless without even a bit of regret or hesitation.

Karna Vs Arjuna Greatest Danveer Story - Donation of Gold

Once, Lord Krishna and Arjuna were going on a walk, as well as both were talking. At that time, in the talks, Lord Krishna Said Arjuna You Know Who is the Biggest Danveer? Arjuna was expecting his name. But Lord Krishna called Karna the biggest Danveer, on this Arjuna, said to Krishna, Karna is called Danveer and Arjun is not. While Arjun also donates a lot.

Hearing this, Lord Krishna felt arrogance in Arjuna giving his own donation. Then Lord Krishna said you come and meet me tomorrow morning. When Arjuna went to meet him in the morning on the second day, Bhagavan Krishna told him about the enormous stock of gold in a group of two mountains, that he should distribute all his gold between the villagers.

Then Arjun went to the village and asked all the people to gather near the mountain because they are going to distribute the gold. Hearing this, people started cheering on Arjuna and Arjun widened his chest and walked towards the mountain.

For two days and two nights, Arjun continuously dug up the gold reserves and distributed the gold in the village. Between this, many villagers again started standing in Qatar and waiting for their turn to come. Arjun was tired by now.

He told Krishna that he now wants to get some rest and without this, he will not be able to dig any longer.

Then Krishna sent a call to Karna and when Karna reached there, he told Karna that they should distribute these gold reserves between these villagers. Karna called the villagers and said that both of these mountains have their repositories full of gold and they come and get the gold and after saying that he left from there.

Arjun was shocked and started wondering why this thought did not come to his mind. Then Krishna smiled and said to Arjuna that you were fascinated with Gold.

You were giving as much gold to the villagers as you thought they needed, so you were deciding how much to donate the gold to charity. But Karna did not think this way and Karna walked away from there after donating. He did not want anyone to praise him nor did he have any difference in what someone said about him after him.

At this, Arjuna came to know his ego and told Krishna that he had attained enlightenment that Expecting a thank you or congratulation in exchange for a donation is not a gift. And I wished it and Karna did not."

That is why Karna is the biggest danveer, he is the only danveer. Arjun said.

Whenever we boast of donating something to a person and hope for our praise, then all our donation is a deal. You should be proud of yourself that you did not help anyone and boast of that.

Danveer Karna and Indra Story- Kavach Kundal & Teeth of Gold

Last but not least, donating one's Kavach (Armour) to Indra in the guise of a Brahmin was an act that could only be exercised by a true donor. It is also said that Krishna disguised as a Brahmin and while counting his last breaths went to Karna and asked him to give something in alms, which made Karna break with joy even in that position and give him his gold teeth. lamps. Knowing that giving up his armor, his most important and unique weapon in battle, could cost him his life and yet he had to give it away was the greatest display of Generosity.

A true donor is selfless, true to his words, bears the consequence whether good or bad for his donations, kind and just. We may find people in Mahabharata with some of these qualities but Karna was a man who possessed each of these in abundance.

Hence he is called the "Greatest Donor of all Time" in Mahabharata.
