Mistakes happening not just in our house or in our country, but mistakes happening across the world are visible. They are bound to be visible. We cannot close our eyes or ears. We can hear what they say and see the mistakes they do. Which means people's vices are also visible. They are visible to these eyes and audible to these ears. 

But today we saw that we should not focus on vices but we need to absorb virtues. Which means it is visible to the eyes. But it should not be absorbed into the mind here. If we hold on to someone's vice on our mind or intellect we see it from here. And we can even give advice on how something is to be done. We can even discipline them that is they don't do so and so, and this would be the disciplinary action. 

This happens throughout the day isn't it, when we are playing a role, we have a responsibility towards it. If not other things, we are responsible for the upbringing of our children. If you don't even tell them what their mistake is and how to correct themselves it creates a problem with parenting.

But when you think of someone's weakness, just notice how many thoughts you create. At that time the mind does not put a full stop easily. There could be 5, 10, or 20 thoughts. Sometimes we can think about it the whole night and lose sleep He said this ... He did that to me ... This is overthinking. Whoever wants to finish overthinking needs to first check when and why overthinking happens. 

When we think of their weakness the mind gets entangled. It's very simple. If someone asks us to eat sprouts, we ask them to give us very little. Even if they say it's very healthy and we should eat more, we will just take a small serving. But when someone offers a packet of chips or chaat, we don't restrict the quantity at that time. Even if they ask for a second serve, we tell them we are full but it we don't mind eating a little more because it's tasty. We eat very less quantity of healthy food. And we eat more unhealthy food because it is tastier.

Similarly, when we think of a person's virtues, we just recall 1 or 2 thoughts and stop at that. But when it comes to their weakness, the mind goes on and on. This is overthinking. Overthinking can never happen with good things. Overthinking is always about negative thoughts. Once we overthink, a lot of information is accumulated here. 

Now if we need someone and even if they just mention that person's name then all the accumulated thoughts from the mind come into words as well. And so overthinking gets multiplied because it doesn't just remain as thoughts. It comes even in words. As we speak, we add our own intentions and feelings. He is like this ... He will not improve no matter how much you explain. The whole department is defamed because of him ... We will have our own spice to it. It is like how we add a few spices to chaat before serving it to someone. 

It happens automatically. Because whenever we tell people about something Suppose Someone shared a point of spiritual wisdom and now if others share the same point again his narration will differ from others. Why will it differ? Because it will have the intentions and feelings of the one narrating it.

Likewise when you hear something or share something with others Intentions and feelings get added. The matter is not conveyed as it is. Intentions and feelings are added to it. Which means we plant that stain in the other person's mind as well. So when we bring the thought into words the recording and the mind get strengthened. 

For example, if you are angry in just your mind, your soul power gets a little depleted but when you bring out your anger in words, soul power reduces further. And then when we bring out the anger in behavior, soul power reduces even further. At what level was the negativity? At the level of thoughts, words, or behavior? But we create so many thoughts that invariably come out as words.

We need to remember that the moment it comes in two words, the mind becomes more tainted. If my behavior towards them changes, then that stain becomes deeper. The more the stain, the lesser the power of the soul. We are only talking about one weakness of one person. Just think for a moment: It was their fault, their weakness, and their problem. But whose loss is it? My spiritual power had become weak.

My Sanskar got polluted. What exactly is the loss when my soul power deteriorates? Overthinking happens. Stress increases because of low soul power. Anger and irritation are experienced because of low soul power. Why do we feel jealous looking at other people's success? Because of low soul power. This is not our nature or Sanskar. The emotions that we have labeled as normal, they are not our nature. There is only a manifestation of a weak soul. 

Today if we increase soul power, they will all finish easily. That is why we need to boost the immunity of the soul. Sometimes we say - I don't know why I get so angry now. It would never happen earlier. Soul power has been reduced.

And ever since we have phones, TV, and the internet, we are consuming flaws from all over the whole world. The whole world and not just from people around us. This has directly impacted the soul power. 

Start practicing this from today. Work with the same people and continue to nurture your children. Even though you see their mistakes, you will not think about them here. Thinking about their weakness will deplete your power. And those vibrations radiate to the other person as well.  You can see two to three people sitting together in a single frame. 

Just bring on the screen of your mind, one weakness in that person. You don't need to inform them. And create 4-5 thoughts about that weakness - They are always like this. They will never change, no matter how much you explain. If only they change, this house will become heaven. Create a few thoughts like this. Since every thought is energy, it doesn't remain within you. It radiates to that person as a vibration. They will not realize that negative vibrations are coming from you. But since vibrations are traveling to them, their soul power will reduce. Our soul power is depleted because of thinking and speaking. And their soul power is also reduced. 

What happens when their soul power reduces? 

When their soul reduces their weakness will get strengthened because they are weaker now. They don't have the power to change. So after a month, we will say - earlier they would like only occasionally. But now they lie about everything. Earlier they would get angry a few times daily. Now their anger has increased. Which means their illness has intensified. But we do not see that we had a role in intensifying their illness. Right now let's do the opposite of this. It's not that we just blindly replace that weakness with strength in them. We also need to finish that weakness present in them. 

Let's look for something which counters that weakness. Suppose the other person gets angry. And we want their anger to finish. Which means we want them to become peaceful. If someone is a habitual liar, we want them to become honest. Suppose they don't do their work well, we want them to be sincere. Basically, we need to create a thought that counters that weakness in them. So create that counterthought. 

What is another Simple way to Stop or reduce overthinking?

Affirmation is also one of the simple ways to stop overthinking as - this person is peaceful. We don't say - He will become peaceful or he should become peaceful. We shall say he is peaceful. We shall say peace is his nature. We cannot see peace in his nature as of now. We will start by saying - Peace is his nature. He always speaks the truth. He radiates happiness to everyone. He completes work on time. At the moment all these are untrue. None of them is true. But when we start thinking this way he is very peaceful and stable. His behavior with everyone is cordial. Creating five such positive thoughts about someone takes effort. We really need to think. But it's very easy to create negative thoughts. 

But when we create 5 positive thoughts, it reaches the other person. We don't even need to say it. We just need to think. As soon as these thoughts are created, they reached that person. First of all, we are protected emotionally because we created nice energy here. Right thoughts. Their speed was less and the quality was good. My soul power increased. When I created it, it reached that person. His soul power increased. Although the increase is gradual, his power increased.
